这些新型诈骗套路需警惕

1. 网购理赔：“客服”来电理赔退款？

“我是xx客服，您的快递丢失了/商品质量有问题，我们将给您进行三倍赔偿……”

虽然听上去有点心动，但这是典型的诈骗话术。

冒充电商客服的骗子通常会说“按工商局要求给您三倍赔偿，已经提交财务打款了”，没收到钱是因为支付宝没有开通商家理赔服务。

骗子会以“要对接线上理赔人员为你授权”为由，诱导受害人下载第三方软件或在不明网页上填写个人银行卡号、手机号以及验证码等信息，从而将受害人银行卡里的钱款转走。

警方提醒：接到此类电话时，务必到官方平台核实，正常的理赔退款都会原路返回。

2. 真假警察：涉嫌xx案件，要求配合调查？

“你名下的银行卡涉嫌洗黑钱/诈骗案，需要配合‘警方’调查……”

刚进入骗局就处于弱势地位，怎么能不慌张？

冒充警察的骗子套路可谓是越来越深，主动和受害人视频通话，展示其警服、办公室、手铐等，为了增加骗局的“真实感”，甚至会发来警官证“自证清白”。

诈骗分子以帮助受害人洗脱罪名为由，诱导受害人到宾馆等独立封闭空间，阻断其与外界的联系。再以配合资金审查为由，要求受害人将名下所有资金转到指定“安全账户”完成诈骗。

警方提醒：公检法机关没有所谓的“安全账户”，更不会要求你提供银行卡账号、密码等。

3. 刷单返利：日入百元，躺在家里就能赚钱？

“无需费用、时间自由，每天100-300元不等，一单一结，多做多得……”

如此诱人的刷单任务，并不是真正的“致富路”。

刷单返利类诈骗，是目前发案率最高的电诈类型，占整体电信网络诈骗发案数的1/3左右，堪称“电诈之王”。

△兼职刷单诈骗 受害人现身说法

骗子通过网络平台发布兼职广告，以高额佣金等诱饵拉人建群，受害人入群后便会让他们完成刷单、点赞等简单任务，并发放小额佣金以获取其信任。随后骗子引诱受害人投入更多资金，再以任务未完成、操作异常等借口拒不返还钱款，直至受害人发觉被骗。

警方提醒：刷单获返利本身就是违法行为，所有要求垫资做任务的兼职刷单都是诈骗！

诈骗花样翻新该如何防范？

1. 多重验证 确认身份

对突如其来的电话保持警惕，即使是来自你认识的人，因为来电显示的号码可能是伪造的。网络转账前要通过电话等多种沟通渠道核验对方身份，一旦发现风险，及时报警求助。

如果有人自称“熟人”“领导”通过社交软件、短信以各种理由诱导你汇款，务必通过电话、见面等途径核实确认，不要未经核实随意转账汇款，不要轻易透露自己的身份证、银行卡、验证码等信息。

2. 保护信息 避免诱惑

不轻易提供人脸、指纹等个人生物信息给他人，不过度公开或分享动图、视频等，避免占便宜心理，警惕陌生人无端“献殷勤”。

陌生链接不要点，陌生软件不要下载，陌生好友不要随便加，防止手机、电脑中病毒，微信、qq等被盗号。

3. 互相提醒 提高防范意识

这些高科技手段的诈骗方式，已经使很多人上当受骗。日常生活中应多提醒身边的亲人朋友提高安全意识和应对高科技诈骗的能力，共同预防受骗。

做好家中老人的反诈知识普及工作。提醒老年人在接到电话、短信时，要及时与家人取得联系，不要贸然转账。
